Rachel Evangelisto is the first-ever Indigenous Miss Minnesota.

She is from the Hunkpapa Standing Rock Lakota Sioux.  She has been accepted into the Native American Law & Sovereignty program at Mitchell Hamline School of Law as a Native Justice Fellow.
